I am not responsible for any items in transit, even if lost, stolen or damaged. Please email me if you would like to arrange a different kind of shipping option.
Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed, they are used as an estimate.
Returns
Because all of my products are handmade, every sale is final. I do not offer refunds or exchanges.
I do offer a repair on your piece of jewellery if it is broken in the first 14 days of purchasing.
Always read the full description of the products you wish to purchase before doing so to ensure you are happy with them.
